Discount for Teachers

 

 

We typically ship merchandise within 1 to 2 business days of receiving your order. An order can be delayed if you supply us with an incorrect address or credit card number, or an item is out of stock. In most cases, if a product appears on the web site you can assume that it is still available, unless the quantity shows sold. If you need to receive your order within a short time frame, be sure to select USPS 2-3 day Priority, or Next Day Express as your shipping option. We also have express shipping options with FedEx.

 

 

Payment Methods

 

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. For international orders you may pay with a credit card. All international orders will be shipped fully insured with the full value declared on the package. For security reasons, we do not ship or mail out credit card receipts.

 

 

Order Online

 

Ordering online is the easiest and fastest method. Add items to the shopping cart; click the CHECKOUT icon located at the bottom right of the screen; and follow the online instructions. If you're sending a gift to someone, we'll be happy to include a gift enclosure card with whatever sentiments you wish to convey -- just fill in the "Gift Sentiment" box on the order form. With a gift, you'll be sent the invoice and only the gift and gift enclosure card will go to the recipient.

 

If you're having trouble placing an order online, you may have your cookies turned off. Cookies are small text files created by a website and placed on your computer to remember information within a visit or between visits. Our shopping cart can't remember what you've chosen without cookies. To check your cookie settings:

 

For Internet Explorer users:

On your top menu bar, go to "Tools," then "Internet Options." Select the tab marked "Privacy," and make sure your setting is not set to "Block All Cookies."

 

For Netscape users:

On your top menu bar, go to "Edit," then "Preferences." Click the triangle next to "Privacy & Security," then click "Cookies." Make sure that "Disable cookies" is not selected. Turn your cookies on to place your order -- you can turn them back off afterward, if you like. Or, call us and place your order by phone (see below).

 

 

Order by Phone

 

Feel free to call us at 1-310-398-3696 to place an order by phone. Our Mail Order Department is open Mondays through Fridays from 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific Coast Time. One of our crystal, fossil, jewelry or mineral specialists will be happy to answer any questions you may have about our products.

 

 

Order by Fax

 

If you wish to place an order by fax, Print out two copies of your order after it's completed. Then fax one copy of the order form to us at 1-310-398-3696 and keep the other one for your records. You may fax us when we are in the office, please call us so we can set the fax to receive. 
If you're paying by credit card, you'll need to add your credit card information to the bottom of the order form printout you intend to fax to us: write in your name as it appears on the credit card, the 15- or 16-digit credit card number, and the expiration date, as well as your signature. You'll also need to supply us with the last three digits of the long number that's printed in the signature line on the back of your card (Visa, MC, Discover), or the 4-digit number that appears in the upper left section on the front of your card (American Express). (Such numbers are security codes issued by your credit card company to minimize the risk of fraud.) Fax us the copy that contains the credit card information and keep the other one for your records.

 

 

Order by Email

 

Please include a list of the items you'd like to order, with your name, shipping address, phone number, email, and shipping preference. Please don't send your credit card number in an email. E-mail us at CamsCrystals@aol.com and let us know the best time to reach you, and we will call you for your credit card information.

 

 

Volume & Business Discounts

 

We are happy to offer a wholesale discount (typically 25% or more, depending on the item and size of the order) to businesses. We also may be able to offer a discount on large-volume purchases. If you're interested in establishing a wholesale account, contact us via email or call us at 1-310-398-3696. You may also fill out our online wholesale account form. When we receive your account information, we will e-mail you, YOUR ONLINE ROCKSHOP I.D. account number.

 

 

Discount for Teachers

 

As an educator, you qualify for a 20% off on your purchase of selected items.  To get the discount price, please email us with the following information, and have your order shipped to your school. Be sure to include the school's office phone number with the shipping address, in case we need to verify your teaching status. We are also happy to offer this discount to homeschoolers and club leaders: email us or call 1-310-398-3696 for additional information. If we receive your order with a teacher discount requested, but no school information, we will email you. If we don't receive the contact information for your school or organization in a timely manner, we will remove the discount from your order. This usually comes up in the summertime, when school is out -- please be sure to include your school name, address, and phone number in your e-mail if you cannot have your order shipped directly.
